Today is September 3rd, and I’m reflecting on the day 21 years ago. It was a Monday morning filled with anticipation and excitement. What a journey it has been! I remember feeling a mix of exhilaration and nervousness. Despite the substantial financial investment required, I never doubted my ability to significantly impact the travel industry.

Travel brings joy, pain, and frustration. Ask anyone passing through an airport who has experienced delayed flights or difficult border agents. Travel agents are a special breed of people. You must have stamina, stay calm, and resolve the issues.  It makes it easier if you have a wonderful team of travel consultants, support staff and suppliers.
